If possible, send photos of the prosthesis you are wearing and, with the face obscured, photos of the wearer with and without the prosthesis to better understand the issue and provide recommendations:
- If you have an old system that you like and want to replicate, send it to us. We can recover everything from it, including mold, density, base type, and hair type.
- If you have a specific prosthesis model or an aesthetic result you want to achieve, you can send reference photos via WhatsApp.
- To personalize an order, the parameters listed in the online order form below must be provided.
- Once the online order form is completed, a representation of your prosthesis and a preliminary estimate will be displayed.
- The order must be confirmed by both the factory and the client via WhatsApp.
- After acceptance by both parties, the client can proceed with the agreed payment, and production will begin.
- Production time is approximately 2 months.
- Once the work is ready, we will contact you via WhatsApp and proceed with insured shipping via FedEx international courier.
- Our trusted FedEx courier typically delivers within 4-5 business days in Europe.
- Customs fees are unknown in advance and are the responsibility of the client, usually paid upon delivery. The average fee is around €20.
